Living in a wheelchair can be quite a struggle and if you want to help these people, you can become a wheelchair devotee. Sometimes, you need to push and motivate people so they believe that they can do certain things. This is a part of your job to make them feeling better as well as being independent. You should help people who feel helpless to learn so in the end they can help themselves. It may be necessary for you to be tough so those people will learn and able to make a full recovery.

The end goal of a wheelchair devotee is to make their clients can manage lives on their own from their wheelchairs. The way you treat the clients should be intended to reach this end goal. You should stress out that they need to get on with their lives the same way as they would live without the wheelchair. When you see someone becomes independent because you have helped him or her, you will feel very glad that you have decided to become a wheelchair devotee.
